Well ... I've had time to take a look around ... and have concluded (higher odds) that "Union Station Track 2" -- with a little 'bus/train' icon -- probably means that the job location is accessible via public transportation into Union Station, since I came across another job listing with this link: https://www.indeed.com/q-restaurant-l-denver,-co-jobs.html?vjk=223022cc61a3f64e
which currently contains a left-column summary/click-me-for-details entry for that Busser job (with Nixon Restaurant Group), which has that bus/train icon and "Union Station Track 2" blurb, but also has these two jobs in the available jobs list:
Host 4Play KItchen and Cocktail bus-icon Wewatta St & 21st St
Line/Prep Cook-Magna Kitchen The Culinary Creative Group Denver, CO 80205 (Cole area) bus-icon 38th & Blake Station Track 1
Sorry for jumping the gun. The want ad only tells us that the Takiza Taco place in the "Union Station area" is hiring and is available via Union Station Track 1 (whatever that means; but we can see that station/track-# is common parlance).
-- Silver lining -- Nixon is advertising his jobs as originating from "NIxon Restaurant Group". Searching for new return-google-hits for "Nixon Restaurant Group" is how I found that job listing.
This bolsters the theory that Nixon has pretty much moved away from the "West Coast Ventures Group" name and is moving "Nixon Restaurant Group" back to the fore -- which was in the original PRs that Nixon Restaurant Group 'went public' via the reverse-merger with "West Coast Ventures Group".
I've run across 'trace evidence' (in a CO business database filing) that Nixon has a path forward using the "Nixon Restaurant" label that may associate stock under the former WCVC ticker with it, but I'll keep that to myself for now, to avoid another misunderstanding of something visible but without full context.
For now I'll settle for Nixon publicly identifying his individual restaurants as part of a larger (Nixon Restaurant) Group.
