You must have lil clue to actual events. The "court" did not settle. CYDY settled their lawsuit against amawrecks.

It was in arbitration--do you not know?? or just make things up to fit some narrative?? Cytodyn could have waited--pushed it to court. They chose not to. Was that advice from the "great" SidleyAustin or the advice from CYDY legal expert Tyler??

But it was not crumbs doled out by ANY court. There was no court decision--it was CYDY decision.

Not happy , blame CYDY mngmt. The O Gs there was what created the giant mess--loss of years--loss of millions $$--loss credibility--loss of standing with FDA AND SEC. While people like you and others you follow--told lies about what a great job the O Gs were doing. Sorta sad the amount of disinformation (lies) that are still being told/repeated after all the mess
