Does anyone know why since 9/26/24 they added 88M to the O/S? Just wondering if it’s maybe for a merger or some other project. Seems a little out of the ordinary for this stock since they’ve had an S1 active for several years at .003 x 50M shares.

I would also assume that S1 requires and Update if the investment securities in Aether were cashed in when Shearer sold the company or whether they transferred in the deal.
