Jakey and his idiot lawyer motioned for yet another extension of time by lying to the judge again and blaming the hurricane that happened only days before the deadline on causing extraordinary delays. What have you even been doing the previous 40 days 🤣 He also misrepresented the date of Dec and extending to Mar, but the last motion only gave him till mid October. Hilarious ineptitude and fraud. They'll get the motion granted, but it seem that Jakey and his idiot lawyer are not yet willing to admit to the judge they lied to him just to sue someone to make a statement.

I am surprised they haven't tried the scam of filing an identical case and just not telling the other judge they already have a case open in Collier on it.
