GOFF/WNFT has been hijacked 3 times by David Lazar, Adam Tracy and Sharp.

Plus GOFF was the last shell to be pumped APS.

You are ignoring the facts when you post that WNFT will be a clean shell after the Calasse lawsuit has been adjudicated.

The Calasse lawsuit is meaningless when talking about a clean shell.

Sharp is using the Calasse lawsuit to drag this along because he doesn't have a merger lined up.
