Well, as usual, you are stating false information. It's easy enough to research just by looking at the last 10 posts on this board marked bullish or bearish. However, we both know your strong suit isn't research.

Not only losing lawsuits but the Judge ordering the company to pay the defendants legal fees.
A structuring of the corporation so they aren't legally allowed to pay shareholders rewards
An IR who only posts "good news" and refuses to update on current news. Not to mention he has filed his OWN lawsuit in HIS name and his brother's?
Oh yeah, and a company that HAS settled one suit with a confidentiality agreement, but reading the filings shows they received some money and kept it for themselves.
And lastly, a company who hasn't produced anything from day one, but was structured to file nuisance lawsuits.
So, remind me why you're upbeat?
And lastly, that Rite Aid thing....thank you for pointing out I warned people years in advance, but I find it odd that your comment was a constant deerballs comment. Did he lean over from his cubicle to yours and tell you to type that?
Now, did you want to discuss the other hundred or so stocks over the years I've made huge money on? Or perhaps the year to date ones? I typically post my buy AND SELLS. As typical, you like to share partial stories on this board. Why is that?
