The United States of America was 14th in Covid death fatalities per capita. Peru was the most affected. The United States ranked 102 in case-fatality deaths

And again, the vast majority of deaths happened after Trump left office.
It seems fairly obvious that actually you don't care about what actually happened and what is. There were no winners or losers during the covid pandemic. Just sloppy Government from both administrations and even more so by acting Governors at the State level
