You don’t have to GAF what anyone says but it won’t change the outcome.

They will always be shares albeit worthless shares of FKA BioAmber an insolvent now defunct company that went out of business in 2018. A company that sold off all of its assets and left all of its creditors impaired with $100 plus mil of debt with no chance of recovery for its creditors or shareholders ever FACT!
