Certainly.

1) Because I understand how to read the filings and Judge Albright's finding, including his award of costs to the defendants (only the quantum remains to be determined) and what that means for the chances of the "reconsideration".

2) Because I'm not a paid pimp or a VPLM shareholder deeply in the hole whose "opinion" requires pretending that Hudnell presented a compelling argument, when in reality he regurgitated arguments Albright had already considered and rejected.
