Alot of differences between that one and this one... These guys REALLY need to lay out what the terms of this "deal" is. Many are misunderstanding And it sure looks to be on purpose, misleading at best.

The numbers change too. ($1.5 billion in assets) vs ($2.1 billion in assets), and they now say that's not even part of the deal! Lol...
I wonder if that's why the first PR disappeared.
