I can understand that the Audit process started well before the merger closing

How do you know most of Hatadi shares will be retired?

There are, if he still holds them

He was able to transfer 18.5m of them, and a year or so later, they were Unrestricted (so saying there are massive restrictions on them is not entirely true)
