They already started the process back in July is what I hear from the emails I get.

Also the Delex financials will be audited in filing. And lastly remember PH seems to own almost 10% of Delex already. My guess is the fully merged SS will be placed within the current OS, insiders own close to 85% of the OS so I’m sure a majority will be transferred with the merger shares.

Either way the float is going to be only 10.7m, the rest of any shares will have to be restricted, that’s sets this up beautifully for huge run as well.

If Delex goal is to uplist to OTCQX, even Nasdaq, the share structure is going to be set up in a way that succeeds. These 10.7m are going to be way more valuable than people are assuming.
