Yes was wondering that myself ..... hoping that our Florida shareholders and their families are ok. There are power outages and heavy destruction everywhere and anticipate priorities are family and neighbors vs CBRF.

I am seeing there is some flooding in the Port Tampa area and the gov't has not yet cleared the area to be returned to. There is a website for reporting flooding in Tampa and there is a confirmed report right at the CBRF property of the road being impassable from CBRF property to Picnic Island.
You can see the map at this link. The report is from an officer and it was reported "yesterday" 10/9. There aren't any details and impassable can mean different things. So the situation could certainly have changed already.
