Always hard to say what they are doing, but in my opinion, the fact that there has been no non-software asset sale, and no public offering to date, is bullish to me.
Non software banking process could have been a means to attract larger strategic tie-up. We'll see, but if they truly are planning a public offering, they aren't fooling anyone, and the stock will be a disaster, attracting an offering price nowhere near todays price. jmo
