Overruling Chevron was a very good decision.

It is a horrid decision with very negative consequences for most of the country into the hands of judges rather than experts following laws put into place by Congress and carried out by experts in the areas affected. It will allows companies the to exercise even more power and avoid the consequences of their actions. This right-wing Supreme Court has destroyed stare decisis and made the court much more of a political branch of the government.
