Note this posting refers to a different e-mail Moss received from a different individual whom I believe just wrote it wrong and did not mean to be taken as a threat Moss.

DRUGGIE, HOW DO YOU KNOW ANY OF THIS???

Here is how..as both e-mail situations lead to the same conclusions.

You wrote Moss a private e-mail did you not?

You did not CC or BCC it to any one else did you not?

So no one but you and Moss knew the contents of that e-mail correct?

Yet you received an e-mail from Campanella accusing you of Tortuous Interference correct?

So tell us how else would Campanella even know of the existence of your E-mail to Moss and it contents unless Moss shared it with him?.

So tell us why else would Campanella accuse you of Tortuous Interference unless Moss made the e-mail an issue in there business relationship?
