I promised Jared about 6 months ago when he took over that I would be very careful on quoting him due to his concerns about things being taken out of context and the whole sec safe harbor type concern. Just like when I was there over 10 days ago and took almost 200 pictures, I talked about it with him and he said for me to use my best judgement but that he had concerns about the fact that if MSHA was to see an employee without goggles, hard hat, safety shoes, or anything out of place he could get a huge fine even if it was the first time. He is very cautious and I totally get it and would do Nothing to effect him or what he is accomplishing here!!!
