There are alternate avenues with regard to APO/RM audits into existing shells/companies, in fact more times than not prior to the RM the private company has their CA firm do preliminary overviews to understand the breadth and undertaking, they also wont be undertaking a GAAP audit but the more formalized and thorough PCAOB audit! Often and likely only the last 2-3 years is all that will be required!

Any efforts put into 100% trashing a company and ONLY trashing is beyond suspect and in fact legitimizes the workings of something darker . Inarguable fact
