Sorry bfiest to point this out but your post is one big contradiction of previous views by you...The current corporate culture is acceptance of mediocrity...and mediocrity is the epitome of the DEI view...That DEI virus has now spread to the point that we have 2 persons (among others from djohns post) who are allowed to come to work daily and show everyone else within the organization that you can completely screw something up- which becomes an albatross on every daily effort to excel - and yet be eligible for a freaking BONUS?...the only other organization i can think of that comes close to this behavior is our government... Does the Board understand how corrosive that debt restructuring debacle without heads rolling can be?...whats the equivalency to a screwup on a processing batch gone bad because a decimal on a temp reading wasn't read correctly resulting in millions of dollars lost?...should that person ultimately responsible be kept on?...see the dilemma created now?...There can be plenty of other examples to be made on this topic..."close enough" or "we'll try harder" next time doesn't work anymore in our current situation- we used our mulligan...set an example please!...imao...r
