I think it really comes down to when Nasrat wants to sell as I think he owns close to 1/3 of outstanding shares. He can sway the vote. We can also put in another poison pill too as extra layer of protection. He’ll sell, but I’m hoping he holds off for a while so we can continue to execute and maximize buyout price.
