Unless you are an employee in a high position at the company, I can't fathom how anyone can say that.

I do know, just as before there is a high value associated with simply having a drug manufacturing facility. These huge conglomerate companies don't want to build that stuff if they need capacity. A billion or two is not much to them especially if it's a cash plus shares deal.

Then of course it's a profitable company with huge drugs, rapidly growing, own marketing and sales division etc...

It's basically ready to be sold and as drugs launch and are developed, the value of the company will of course go up. If you are looking to buy the company, the longer you wait, the more expensive it becomes.
