Seems FDA wants to get this one quick, if the result is fixing a bottleneck on the API. Reading through, seems this is perpetual serious shortage and there's enough manufacturers.

But not enough materials. That's a real problem for the FDA. Explains why they are working closely with Elite (seems that is what is happening). Hard to believe there's only one supplier.
