Yes, the truth hurts.

CCAA process encompasses SISP, plan of arrangement i.e. restructuring plan and liquidation. The DIP funding was insufficient.

BioAmber Inc was the latter. It is simple to say BioAmber restructuring ended in liquidation.

Thank the former BioAmber Inc board members (who all resigned) and upper management for the debacle.

Shareholders had the opportunity to bid for their company as I had suggested long ago.
