it will be interesting to see how the professionals value not only INDEXR a.i. FMV, but those of the 2 incoming acquisitions: "1 smaller and 1 larger" according to SM Spaces X call
here's what we do know:
• all 3 combined entities will be much larger than MONI's miniscule MC current valuation = $21.3-Mil., and with added future revenue and growth potential involving Forward PE multiples involving a 3 to 5 x's price increase, the pps will rise in tandem with each milestone delivered on multiple Space X calls as mentioned was going to be the norm going forward by moderator Kristen Shaughnessy
• GIBIRU SE, aka INDEXR Platform has been collecting WWW data since 2008, much of which is no longer found on the internet and has been removed by Google
• Petey Vid was acquired by INDEXR in 2021, along with a number of valuable employees
• per SGW/Craig call - Petey Vid had over 650,000,000 videos when INDEXR acquired them - but how many more have been acquired since...?
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175184612
• IndexR.AI website says that IndexR's video URL index is at least 1.2 billion videos, per SGW mention
• SGW guessing Petey Vid's collection is 2nd in size to YouTube's or at very least, up there w/ DailyMotion, DDG, or Rumble or Vimeo
I believe the other half of the MONI's portfolio will involve ShieldCom, as 1 of 2 incoming acquisitions:
• ShieldCom along with their partners American Binary and NVIS are potential USDOD/Aerospace Defense Communications contractors which just may be working with - or seeking to land contracts with the likes of Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman, if not already in hand (ref. Strvc & Mr. posts)

• DuckDuckGo ref. - Spaces X call @ MM #6:10 - SM speaking: “Yes I did create Gibiru about 16 years ago, and it honestly was a pet project that I was using as an SEC consultant to get unfiltered un-bubbled results back out of Google so that I could explain to folks who I was doing research for at that time that the results they were seeing weren’t actually a personalization. Over the years – and kind of a strange fact - I created a few months actually before "Gabriel" (glitch/edit) ...crypto ah, he and I have parallel paths there for a while to the point he decided to raise a bunch of money and actually go a different direction and promote a private search engine. Umh on the other hand I had Gibiru as a side project for a number of reasons – you know began tuning it and curating the results it would generate over the years. Short story – fast forward, during the covid pandemic Rich Lepoutre reached out to me and said “hey Steve, can you build more of these"? I specifically need to curate content that’s being vastly removed from the internet…” And that created the vision of INDERX not being a Search Engine but being a Platform that anybody can license or get access to for any reasons that suited a business model. So short story long, we were looking at different financing models. Clearly standing something like this not something cheap. We knew we were going to need our own hardware – we didn’t want to parlor ourselves out of the gate so to speak. So we actually brought the GIBIRU search engine in – we’ve indexed it for the past 15 years. We also purchased a company called Pete (glitch) which is a video company search engine which has a small user base but very good technology and was actually curating video content from over 60 different media companies at the time including You Tube and Rumble. The good thing about Petey Vid is it was not funded by Peter Theil (glitch) …we also picked up some good talent in that acquisition, so now a lot of folks on the call want to know what assets we have we have this index which is information that is no longer available on Google. If you want to have some (glitch) look up on the ‘Death of the Internet’ which in theory is data which has been removed from main stream search. And further we were looking at funding options here, and we looked at SPAC’s and a few things that (glitch/edit) so we don’t lose control ; 1. over the asset and 2. Over this thing that really incredible based on a.i. So we had a few folks 9glitch/edit) so we realized this is a nice vehicle and that’s where money comes into the whole thing in this way. So I’m quite (glitch) it saves us a year just with 1 filing and with a SPAC with simply don’t have that amount of time. It gives us quicker access to the markets, that were going to need to raise more cash, and to handle a couple of acquisitions. So I’ll toss it over to Duane.”
• DuckDuckGo's CEO is "Gabriel" Weinberg
• potential DuckDuckGo ref. - Spaces X call MM #14:17 - SM speaking: “Were already in discussions with a Bil. dollar global distributor service provider that like what we are doing, and I don’t what to share too much or get into that until further meetings.”
• Thesis: DuckDuckGo (“DDG”) (https://duckduckgo.com/) will reach a valuation of at least $1-Bil. despite Google’s dominance in search. It was last valued at $160-Mil. in late 2018:

some smart & bright MONI SH's have attempted to take a stab at INDEXR's FMV and provided incredible DD regarding INDEXR's official launch FMV in a 'sum of the parts' 5 Star Post analysis involving Petey Vids here:

"What if INDEXR AI/MONI begins to generate half of what YouTube generated in Revenue? If YouTube currently has roughly 800 million videos posted and Petey Vid surpassed the 500 million videos posted mark 4 years ago, I think such is fair speculation for having a chance for huge growth. What if instead of capturing 50% of that growth, they only capture 10% of that $31.5 Billion in Revenue that that was generated by YouTube? That's $3.1 Billion in Revenue. Heck, what if INDEXR AI/MONI generates only 10% of that 10% in Revenues? That's still $315,000,000 in Revenue. Since Petey Vid surpassed the 500 million videos posted mark 4 years ago and YouTube has roughly 800 million videos posted, I think it's fair to not go below that number for Revenue... in my opinion for a minimum potential."
GIBIRU Search Engine, aka INDEXR a.i. Platform here:
"Let's get back to Gibiru to compare and contrast with DuckDuckGo as some have done.
How does DuckDuckGo compare to Gibiru?
https://www.quora.com/Search-Engines-How-does-DuckDuckGo-compare-to-Gibiru
They are both private search engines that were launched around the same time in 2008. Gibiru has 30 trillion+ indexed pages and DuckDuckGo has 120 million domains as of 2011. Advertising is present in both search engines. For security features, Gibiru has a strong commitment to privacy. Both don’t allow cookies. Gibiru has 256 bit HTTPs encryption and DuckDuckGo is TOR supported.
** Gibiru has 30 trillion+ indexed pages. Google only has roughly 400 billion
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=174830137
** Comparing Gibiru vs DuckDuckGo: is it a genuine competitor?
https://vpnpro.com/web/gibiru-search-engine/
** DuckDuckGo has grown steadily over the years and is now worth an estimated $900 million to $1 billion.
https://webology.io/duckduckgo-stats-revenue-and-user-data/
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=174831305
** Gibiru is considered more secured, bigger, and better than DuckDuckGo!
** Gibiru is now INDEXR AI that has merged into MONI recently!
As one can research, DuckDuckGo is basically a billion dollar company. Gibiru is one of the spokes from the hub INDEXR AI/MONI. After comparing it to DuckDuckGo and with now throwing in Petey Vid as one of those spokes, I believe INDEXR AI/MONI is significantly undervalued here at these levels."
I don't know about any of you, but me thinks MONI is unequivocally flying 'Under the Radar' and has taken on the definition of 'The Best Kept Secret' since sliced bread...
"What is the difference between "fair value" and "market price"? What are their similarities and differences, in general terms?
In general terms, the main similarity between fair value and market price is that they both aim to estimate the worth of an asset. The main difference is that fair value is an estimate of the intrinsic value of an asset, while market price is the actual traded price in the market. Fair value provides a theoretical benchmark for the value of an asset, while market price reflects the current market conditions and investor sentiment. It's important to note that fair value and market price are not always the same, and there can be a significant gap between the two. This is because fair value is an estimate based on available information, while market price is influenced by a variety of factors and can change rapidly."
FYI - a little more on SheildCom's NIVIS partnership with John Rosica, NIVIS CEO
https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=403605552740935
FYI – Steven Marshalls NIVIS is charged with buildout of the nationwide NVIS Communications Advanced HF Voice and Data Network. The NIVIS SHARES program (Shared Resources High Frequency Radio Program) provides common radio channels and procedures, as well as a nationwide HF email system, to support interoperable emergency communications for all levels of government as well as critical infrastructure and key resources which is simply huge.

in closing, I see INDEXR a.i. as being 2-fold operation: one with ShieldCom and their high security radio communications involving the US Armed Forces, US Intelligence Communities, and the USDOD working on high security federal communications contracts – and the other being the INDEXR a.i. Platform - an independent, untracked, transparent search capability platform to add to one’s own website, where visitors can search across the Web’s fastest-growing Index, with billions of unique URL’s and find content no longer available anywhere else….
