Fact - the former company once named "BioAmber" is no longer named BioAmber
Fact - the former company has no corporate structure, +6yrs and counting.
Fact - the former company has no business, no assets (ALL), no plant, no anything.
Fact - the former company still owes +$101M outstanding debt
Sorry about your luck, this is 100% on you and your poor investment decisions, own it.
