Smith redacted the names because they rules say they had to be redacted, even though everyone knows who many of them--like Rudy Giuliani, a CC, CC1--rather than a witness.
If the Daily Kos has misidentified anyone, that person would be free to sue. But I don't see why they would. And the only problems I see so far are some misspellings. For example, Bill Stepien becomes "Bill Stephen", which could have been an autocorrect mistake.
