no doubt, the construction trades around here are absolutely at capacity. We're searching for good help and most of our young guys and girls are sent to work out of town because their populations can't keep up..

That's what is making it harder for us "old" dudes that are a step slower these days. It's like pro sports, the cream always rises to the top and a lot of veterans get washed out in the bottom of the cup if they don't make their voices heard in the locker room..
