Summary: I, Gregory J. Halpern, the largest shareholder and former Officer and Director until April 28, 2023,
have prepared this response in the hope that the Division of Enforcement will consider the many merits of an
Enforcement Action against Harvey Vechery and Scott Kapp. Messer’s Vechery and Kapp are on record as the
control persons in charge of Max Sound Corporation, telling Shareholders that they got me removed from my
role at the Company last year and that they are in charge. As provided for hereunder, they are also habitual
Securities Violators and Racketeers.
I have collected a giant inventory of shareholder losses. Here is a tiny sample of the 1000+ MAXD shareholders
who had faith in me and the company goals, which were finally on the verge of success, highlighting their
documented losses in the millions of dollars.
