Estrella treated their first patient in phase 1/2 study, just like Transcode. They started 7/31/24. And Transcode around 8/15/24 (give or take).

Again, these studies are reviewing tolerance and toxicity!

HOWEVER, they announced their patient had received a complete response!

What is a complete response? Means no detectible sign or disease or cancer after treatment.

Why is this important for RNAZ?
Their animal trial showed the same!
They didn’t announce anything for phase 0. We are in Phase1/2 and only takes 4 weeks to determine complete response (which is around now), and another 8 weeks to validate toxicity and side effects during/after treatment.

So news can come any day, and I believe the company disclosed to Nasdaq during meeting yesterday. No news releases, why?
