Why don't the read the SEC filings and Park made big promises to Nate - but it turned out that Park was attempting to Extort Nate - with the promises of these fake commodities contracts.

"ROTFLMAO. So the scumbag who tried to use park to bring value to the company so he could dilute and screw shareholders called out park!!?"

Park doesn't have any credibility in the business world - so he didn't bring any value to Nate's.
