Offor as chairman was just another dickran aka krombacher lie, complete with detailed explanation how it proved Offor owned more than half the erhe shares and how erhc did not disclose such an important, material event because management no longer cares about SEC regulations. dickran has recently confessed it was not true, which he/she says was learned during a conversation with Ntephe. Of course it was all just "speculation", even though argued it was true and used it to try and support the asinine short seller stories. One debunked piece of bullish dickran bullshit after another, and he/she has the audacity to threaten others with legal actions.

Did you read dickran's latest crap about Shell completing block 4 drilling by March 2025 and erhc paying a dividend at that time? How long before he/she tries to squirm out of that one? What a despicable joke.
