I WISH we had this capability in the form of a drug or a non-invasive procedure.

My Dell laptop has this function: The "Boost performance" feature on Dell computers uses SupportAssist to scan and optimize a PC to improve its performance. This process includes: Freeing up hard drive space, Registry cleaner, Removing clutter, and Optimizing files.
