Sorry you can't accept the idea that I post here to confront and debunk baseless claims, false rumors and outright lies like the thousands you have made. Understandable though because of your greed and hubris filled deceitful nature. So let's look at more of your "speculations":
You say short sellers have destroyed the share price yet you can't prove any short positions exist.
You say Ntephe knows there are 1.5 billion erhe shares shorted yet he has done nothing to confront or even address such a situation.
You say Offor owns all the erhe shares or close to that, yet he won't report his position which would expose your made up short sellers and even initiate the $8/share short squeeze you have predicted unsuccessfully for so many years. We're talking about $24 billion here, far more than Offor would ever receive from a partnership or buyout. Yet nothing has been done for this short situation which you claim has existed for years. Why would any company allow its shares to be destroyed this way without ever even mentioning a word about the problem? Anyone can lie and make up all sorts of ridiculous narratives to try and explain it, but the logical, common sense answer is that short selling is not the problem.
You said drilling in block 4 would be completed in March 2025 and erhc would pay a dividend at that time, yet now you present excuses for why the deal with Shell hasn't even been completed. On top of that, no mention from anyone about a drilling rig or schedule, thereby alleging Shell, Total, erhc, and STP officials are conspiring to keep it all hidden from the public and erhe shareholders. Just more of your "speculation", right?
You emphatically and falsely claimed Offor was chairman, used that false claim to try and prove your Offor owns all the shares nonsense, put forth more gag order, new paradigm bullshit to try and explain why erhc did not report such a material event as a new chairman, but now admit it was not true. Of course you say you were not lying, just "speculating".
In short, you can take your baseless short selling lies and allegations and file them right next to your sketched headed short seller. And yes I did say lies, as I have never been short erhe or any of the other stocks you so brazenly accuse me of shorting. Threaten all the legal actions you like if it makes you feel better, but people don't get convicted for telling the truth, at least not here in the USA.
