There is no underlying business. It’s a (low quality) otc shell being used by an old scammer to create and sell shares of nothingness. As you can see, there’s always a gullible population to exploit.



IMO Ronn Ford and his Financier's are Loving the Deflection/No accountable from some of the public. Ronn Ford can tell the Public the S-1 is coming in 2047 and have 187 Billion outstanding shares, but that's okay because some are making money on .00002 gains...right?
