It appears that PN did not state 'ERHC Energy, known for its successful oil drilling operations in Kenya'. It apparently was the writer of the article for 'thenigerialawer.com' that said that. I have an assumption of where he got that. Saying that you can have a technically successful drilling operation without finding oil is misleading IMHO. I don't believe ERHC has found oil in any of its prior assets. Is that what one calls successful? Not in my book. You go broke very quickly having that kind of success without ever finding oil. Maybe you forgot the main object of the venture.
It is also misleading to say that ERHC is moving toward potentially finalizing key dealings with a major oil company like Shell....unless you can substantiate that statement with some sort of news. One can dot connect just about anything if one gets creative enough but in the end it is just wishful thinking meant to manipulate others IMHO.
Call out the regulators and authorities to come after all the massive short sellers and those that besmurge ones reputation . I'm here. I'm ready for them. You are making this massive short seller accusations up with no proof. I can show that you have no proof. You even admit that it is merely speculation on your part. So come after me as it will end up a big mistake on your part. These are just scare tactics that are baseless and you know it.
Regarding the company’s communication, you should consider that ERHC could be under a gag order or bound by confidentiality agreements related to ongoing negotiations. It’s also possible they are in a quiet period before a major deal announcement, which would legally limit their ability to communicate with shareholders. In sensitive, high-stakes negotiations like the one with Shell, keeping quiet is often part of ensuring the deal proceeds smoothly. This isn't unusual in the oil and gas industry, especially with smaller players negotiating with global giants.
So let me get this straight. How long has ERHC been in this so-called quiet period while in these potential high-stakes negotiations with Shell. When was the last financial statement released? When was the last communication with shareholders provided? All because of the 'high-stakes negotiations'. And you expect others to believe that?
And the next laugher is how you try rationalize the current sp. It's all due to manipulations. If anyone else in the overall investment community thought that that was the case....and that there were actually high-stakes negotiations going on, the sp would not be where it is at. Wasn't it reported somewhere...maybe kingpin mentioned the report...that Shell now owned 85% of block 4 and Sao Tome owned 15%. Is that the high-stakes negotiations you were referring to?
Instead of focusing on scare tactics and distorting facts, I encourage others to consider the broader context and the potential of these deals.
The potential of what deals? Can you show any deals either in progress or finalized? These deals seem to be mostly in your head....nowhere else that anyone can see or prove. More very sketchy dot connecting that the investment community does not buy.
