Yes! A $1.5 billion Chinese company merging into and OTCM shell! LOLOL
A real billion dollar company would do and IPO.
The SEC and other agencies are scrutinizing Chinese scams and shutting them down.
Hopefully they have enough information on this one to eventually shut it down.
