So you have NSAV's CEO at the time cutting deals that benefit him, Osborn and Alfonso rather than NSAV. Despite BLAQclouds being owned by Marjorie Schaefer, a CHIF executive, and being funded by NSAV's attorney, Vic D.

Fast forward, Kevin Simon quits and goes into hiding. He starts driving Uber; seriously.
