The only consistent time line on filing has been the previous 2 quarters, averaging about 2 months and 14/15 days from quarters end. Previously it was under 5 weeks. Given the acquisition and transition, I'm more inclined towards the 2 month's and change for the quarter ending next week. You can review the time lines on the link.
Ray has posted some early rev info and also confidently earmarked the future filing. The ad stream revenues will probably not be included but could be suggested on subsequent press info.
