)' - we do indeed .... still no idea what's up, no news out yet .... but there sure have been a lot traded lately, at a pretty decent average price [i consider my a.c.b. to be minimum standard for decency-g-] .... it's all kind of inevitable really, with Miramar holding 40% of it ..... might take a while though, probably februaryish for seasonal peak[?] .... just re-discovered this thread on my bookmarks, SI is down so i'm exploring ...... cheers
