novicetrader- I've posted here on muscle loss prevention multiple times on this board including on Azelpag specifically. I'm not saying there is anything nefarious going on with BIOA. Everyone should come to their own conclusions and invest according to their own goals and risk tolerance.

For reference please see #msg-174123601 where I commented at length on muscle loss prevention from multiple companies. As a specific comment on Bioage I said in that message:

As a final thought, BioAge is running a trial for azelaprag, an apelin receptor (APJ) agonist, in combination with Lilly’s Zepbound (tirzepatide) and therapeutic pipeline. See #msg-173838283. Hopefully when this trial runs we will see a comparator arm on tirzepatide that will show what tirzepatide muscle loss is alone in a defined patient population.

In another message when BIOA obtained private funding #msg-173838283 I said:

BioAge easily obtained funding to study preventing muscle loss with with Lilly’s Zepbound (tirzepatide) to advance Phase 2 clinical trials of azelaprag, an apelin receptor (APJ) agonist. (This MOA looks to be a better approach than VERU's Enonosarm which is a SARM, IMO)

Another message to look at was #msg-173838283 where RVNCfan said:

Bioage's MoA, APJ agonist looks very promising but IMHO the data for it is still not enough to invest.
If you see veru's data, they showed 5% fat loss and muscle gain if their subjects were obesity the fat loss could be way greater than 5% with Enobosarm alone.

I think this area (preventing muscle loss while losing weight) is an important therapeutic area to investigate. BIOA may very well have a safe MOA that works. If it does that is great news. Good for you that you believe that it is a good investment for you and I wish you luck. I may invest also at some point but for me, it is not yet investable and there are some red flags in my book right now from the latest press release related to management style and lack of data.
