False excitement is a great update followed by a small increase in share price, followed by a drop back to prior price level.

Likely a 1 cent move up followed by a 1 cent drop...my guess.

I say false excitement because so many longs seem to get too excited over the smallest increases in share price without news or volume and when the price inevitably drops back down, they blame MMs or other malicious entities.
