The proof is in the financials for one. Clive isn't listed as a 5% owner. Unless you're saying they lied on the financials? Great possibility of that. It's also illegal to keep shares under separate holdings to stay below 5%. IR has also confirmed that Clive sells his shares as he gets them. Are you also saying that IR is lying? There is absolutely no legal way to do it without it being disclosed.
