Let's clear up a few things

What you seem to not take into consideration.

it went up for a little bit and within a day or two is right back down where it's at now..

Retail investors are very limited whom they can BUY CNNA though in the US, while they are allowed to liquidate their holding, hence the stock buying pressure and momentum is basically eliminated.

Fact that the stock itself has HOLD it's price let alone increased in value indicated the stock is being held in strong hands. Which leads to a logical conclusion that IF the stock becomes FREELY tradable again with positive news that the stock price will rise as demand would supersede supply of shares.

The Fact that the company could have remained tradable by retaining the pink sheet status but instead freely entered the EM market by choosing the Form 10 route to get listed on a higher exchange indicates that selling share is not the priority of the company and that the company's focus is building an actual business rather then raising money though endless dilution.

Trouble with penny land and dealing with company's with very little resources is that you never know what is REALLY a great investment until it happens,

Take CNNA, you make this incorrect statement

sitting there doing nothing like this one is

This one filed a form 10 in June of last year to move to a higher exchange. (One has to believe that much accounting work cost a pretty penny with out dilution)

The company themselves withdrew their Form 10 which we later found out was most likely do to their auditor illegal actively rather then the company itself.

The company then goes out and obtains a new auditor to redo 12 years worth of filings (again costing a pretty penny with dilution)

While the company is waiting for the new auditor to complete it's work, it is steady building a VERIFIABLE business, again with out dilution.

So to say "sitting there doing nothing" is a very inaccurate statement.

It is always very easy to kick yourself when "Monday morning quarterbacking" IMO there is a very good chance you will be having that same feeling again soon.

Anyway best of luck in your next investment.
