As reported on the Quarterly Report for June 30, 2022 filed with the OTC, on June 9 Scott Joseph Wallace (Wallace) transferred his Series A Preferred Shares of AHFD to Robert Boyar (Boyar) and resigned his positions as Sole Director, CEO, and Treasurer. Boyar became Chairman of AHFD and a Director. In addition, Dr. Gary Aaron was appointed a Director of AHFD as well as CEO. Wallace remains as President.
