Dear Laxmi,

My view is that we will be best served if you continue as CEO until at least 50 million dollars have been transferred from Hong Kong to those who are to receive that money. It is high time in my view that mycow is able to engage and pay in normal money as many employees as are needed to run the business in a normal way. My impression is that up to now the organisation has been very undermanned. Longer term it may be a good idea to have Likhitha take over as CEO. I have the impression that she is very good at communicating with people. I doubt that it served your interest to engage in mud-slinging to the extent that has happened recently.
