It is unquestionable that we all have been facing extreme severity for over a few months now for whatever reasons. And nothing of what we have efforted to put our business verticals into realism would have been possible without your divine patience on the company. Though we are cash starving still and living in hope and got mired and bruised, our enormous patience and agility helped us push this group to begin its journey now with selling and we have added a few partners and senior management to support us in our sales efforts - technically once the sales pick up and trading cycles churn, we literally will not be needing any capital cash as the company would generate surplus cash in each round of sales. However, until that time, we have achieved full sales cycles, I would be requesting some tough cash management resolutions while promising to assume my 100% committment to regularize the compensation and I deeply request your supplication to the following request,

(a) We convert the full compensation pending until Sep 10 into Equity Tokens valued at:
Gold: ~$3.58/token
Rice: ~$3.88/token
Whiskey: $1/token
Food Carts: $1/token
Plane Seats: $1/token
IBANK: $1/token

and realizable at least at these values when vested, if not better depending on the sales cycles rotation and the value each of these verticals will build up for us -- Earliest Vesting Time: 90 days for Non-US employees provided their exit receives an offer from another non-us investor;

(b) Tokens to be credited into your folios:
Pending Salary * 1.5 times /4/$3.60 for Gold & Rice and
Pending Salary * 1.5 times / 4 /$1.00 for Whiskey, Food Carts, Plane Seats and IBank
$1 USD => $84.00

(c) Tokens to be credited into your folio until Sep 15

(d) Adjusting the above, I would like all of you wanting to remain with us to begin working from this Sep 15, 2024 as I would have completed all my surgical procedures by then.

And I would like to make an entreaty with all of you -

Any discontinued staff staff or those whose UAN verification is yet to be complete or failed, we will offer them tokens valued as of their resignation/termination date and they will be able to redeem these tokens in 90 days' net from Sep 15 and recover their pay including any gains over the tokens. At a minimum their tokens will be redeemed for their original outstanding amount.

For those Continuing or willing to be back on rolls, we will be issuing tokens by the 15th of September (for 6 Months beginning March 15, 2024) as specified above for their outstanding amount as of the 15th of September 2024, redeemable at Fair Value or for original amount on or after 90 days.

In addition, We will assume their working to begin from Sep 15 and we will start making Weekly payout beginning Sep 23 (Friday), first payable Sep 22 and and thereon weekly every Friday. Weekly Payout is derived by splitting monthly pay into 4 weekly payouts. Before the 15th we will release laptops so work can begin from the 15th of September.

And I Promise that anytime, before this period or during the term of our revised payout plan, if we are credited with funds, I will clear the backlog. If not, in the worst case, you can redeem the tokens with the company anytime on or after 90 days for original value or place them for sale online if Market Value turns out better than your original outstanding amount.

You will all work remotely from your places and contribute vigorously in each of our capacities to support the company in its sales efforts, with our focus to raise income at least 2.5 times of weekly requirement and we will follow this cash flow fulfillment very tightly.

Any staff member, offering any sales lead of any kind into successful cash closure, will be compensated with 3.33% of income generated by the company on such qualified sales reference. This will be a taxable compensation at its full value.

We will review this progress month on month and I request all of your kindness and support to strengthen the arms of this company, and our sales efforts,

The target is to generate 2.5 to 4 times of the weekly capital requirements at a minimum, reviewed, based on average past week expense capital requirements. The target increases as we progress week after week with infusement of new staff, their training and preparedness to execute sales.

Thanking you for all of your patience, kindness, wishes and prayers, We will be a great company to progress into and trust me these tokens will build a permanent wealth for all of you that you will never repent -- In the worst we redeem these tokens for you for original value of your salary outstanding net 90 days,
