One advantage of having our own supply of fresh water from the ocean (purified) is that we don't need a river. No river = no floodings. We are already planning this for Lagos. But we still have a river in Anambra. For the RAS projects.
Please keep this in mind. Floodings could become a substantial risk. The team is aware. But still..... One flooding could easily destroy the whole RAS project in Anambra.
