Now that I'm on his ignore list, here's the situation.

This 'nice guy' is lying. Completely lying through his teeth, and thinks he can get away with it.

Today is the 14th, the deadline set by two groups who’ve had enough. By the end of the day, they’re getting the password to the zip file.

Since this 'nice guy' happened to set the same deadline and missed the deadline again, with his Indian staff, it’s now clear to them as well that it’s never going to happen. Ever.

The story he’s feeding his Indian staff is that he’s in the ICU, unable to communicate, but that he would take care of everything today. Guess what? Another delay! Again staff payment deadline is missed! What he doesn’t seem to realize is that his staff can see him typing away on this board like the madman he is. He also doesn’t seem to understand that India can make international calls too.

There is a reason he named Likitha the new CEO. That very same deadline. But he will not escape justice. None of them will.
