I am not in denial! I said the statement made by Rosen was true. What I did was question your interpretation of what Rosen was saying. What he didin't say was "WMI had no beneficial interest in any assets held in Trust. Legal documents means exactly what they say. Therefore, one shouldn't paraphrase when interpreting legal documents. Doing so, distorts what is being said. I've noticed that you paraphrase alot. Also, you said the estate belongs to the reorganized debtor. I disagree. Being that Class 19 & 22 were able to pay all classes ahead of themselves, meaning they are the impaired class, the estate belongs to them. Check it out.
