Baez is a tech guy reportedly hired by those companies to set up their automated trading systems. Some gave him grand sounding titles since he was head of a new department. Once he did what he was hired for he moved on to another and repeated his schtick. It doesn't look like he stayed in any place terribly long. But I see no proof that he was involved in making any trading or financial decisions. Now that every broker uses automatic trading he's trying to make a living with a fintech business. Problem is there are countless competitors already out there so it too is a struggle. So now he's leaping into the Park's penny shell CEO business with all of its nuttiness
